Job Description
Hamsol is looking for a dedicated full-time HR Assistant to improve our employee recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various technical positions.
Responsibilities include:
- Crafting and posting job descriptions.
- Conducting pre-screening phone calls.
- Performing job analyses.
- Sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00 per month
