Job Description
Translation Empire is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Complaints Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints and ensuring effective communication throughout the resolution process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of customer service experience, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
This position is office-based and operates from 10 AM to 7 PM at our DHA Sector F office in Rawalpindi. We offer a salary that is competitive within the market.
