Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee recruitment processes, manage CV databases, and facilitate onboarding for new employees. You will also be responsible for generating vital documentation, such as offer letters, and conducting employee evaluations and settlements.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with HR reporting tools are essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary between Rs80,00.00 and Rs110,00.00, along with medical insurance, performance bonuses, and additional benefits. Shift hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
