Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi, Pakistan
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

About the Role: Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to guide our BPO team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in team management, process enhancement, and nurturing robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, overseeing daily operations, improving efficiency, cultivating client connections, and promoting a positive team environment.
Requirements: Candidates must possess proven experience in BPO Operations Management, strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts.
Compensation: Rs170,00.00 – Rs180,00.00 per month
