Job Description
Robust Support & Solutions is actively seeking a Live Support Specialist for our Karachi office located in PECHS, BLOCK 6. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM CST (8 PM to 5 AM Pakistan time), six days a week.
Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will manage inventory processes, handle refunds and discounts, provide technical support, monitor shipments, and compile detailed reports.
Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Excel), possess strong organizational skills, exhibit problem-solving abilities, and have excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with at least two years of experience in inventory management or customer support.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs60,00.00.
