Job Description
IKAN Engineering Services Private Limited is looking for a committed Site Admin Officer to oversee crucial site operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining comprehensive site records, including files, payments, invoices, and necessary documentation.
- Tracking daily attendance and processing leave requests for payroll purposes.
- Managing worker accommodations and related logistics.
- Executing various administrative tasks and adapting to evolving site requirements.
- Facilitating scheduling, reporting, and team communications.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining audit documentation.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in project site administration and be proficient in MS Office.
