Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer at the intermediate level to join our team in Karachi. This position offers a rotational shift schedule, encompassing morning, evening, and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for monitoring network performance on a daily basis, troubleshooting network issues, conducting site visits for technical support, and deploying network monitoring tools. A solid understanding of GPON infrastructure, IP protocols, Ethernet, DNS, and DHCP is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess intermediate knowledge of networks and operating systems, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and work collaboratively within a team.
