Job Description
We are excited to announce the expansion of our Tele-sales department at Pentagon Food Group Ltd! We are actively seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives and Telesales Officers for our on-site location in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time role provides a vibrant and engaging work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in spoken English
- Previous call center experience is advantageous
- Basic understanding of sales techniques
- Experience with churn management is preferred
We offer a competitive salary ranging from PKR 55,00 to 60,00 per month, along with additional benefits.
