We are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to enhance our HR team. This role involves managing payroll, tracking attendance, addressing employee grievances, and overseeing performance management while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Manage attendance systems and resolve employee grievances.
- Assist with the performance management process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Proficient in HRMS/ERP systems.
