Role description
Role Proficiency:
Assisting senior designers (Designer II) to create functional and appealing user interfaces applications. Participate in user research assist in rapid prototyping and executing user testing under the guidance of UX Lead
Outcomes:
- Assists in developing prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency.
- Translate the UX design into interaction prototypes and artefacts.
- Participate in user research and assist in generating end-user insights
- Assists in the collection of client requirements.
- Assists converting research findings into actionable results.
- Executes user testing remote testing paper prototype testing iterative prototype testing and concept testing.
- Makes enhancement recommendations as needed based on end-user insights
- Adheres to standards and processes.
- Collaborates with other members in the pursuit of common missions vision values and mutual goals.

- Participate in user studies and research

Additional Comments:
Roles and Responsibilities – Have a robust understanding of the design process and its application. Drive creative brainstorm sessions and ideation workshops – Support new business initiatives and work with a cross-disciplinary team to help define and execute concept direction to meet the clients’ business needs – You may need to work closely with Moonraft’s client team that may include Product Owners, Delivery managers, Product Designers – Identify customer needs and requirements by working closely with internal and external stakeholders – Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction diagrams, pattern libraries, and user flows to convey the design – Analyze existing systems and understand new needs of the business and target audience – Support User research activities like user interviews, usability tests and provide actionable reports summarizing results – Document discussions, key design decisions, concepts and the finalized scope – Coordinate design activities with all artistic and creative departments to ensure that deadlines are met and project goals are achieved – Lead by example, inspiring others with the quality of your own work, your ability to clearly articulate your vision and design decisions – Presenting work to internal teams and clients, encouraging collaborative dialogue and building consensus around solutions – Contribute to the development of design best practices and design systems Preferred Qualifications and Experience – Masters/Bachelors degree in design discipline or At least 2+ years of experience working as a User Experience designer – 2-4 years of industry experience – An online portfolio showcasing latest projects (school/live). Share password if protected or be willing to showcase the work during the interview – Candidates must have working knowledge of basic user-centered design methods and techniques – Solid communication skills – Proficiency with tools such as Sketch, Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, etc. – Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams to achieve team goals
