Job Description
Hi Volts Guitar Shop is excited to announce an opening for a results-oriented female HR Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and retaining top talent, providing staff training, managing payroll processes, and ensuring accurate team performance records are maintained.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail sector, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and marketing is essential. Two professional references are required.
Job Hours: 12 PM to 8 PM / 10 PM. Compensation: Rs. 45,00.00 – Rs. 70,00.00 per month.
