Job Description
Marham – Find a Doctor is in search of a committed Chat Support Executive to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer support and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through chat, resolve inquiries, work collaboratively with team members, maintain updated product knowledge, and handle multiple chat sessions effectively.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, strong written English communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and exceptional problem-solving abilities are required.
Compensation: The salary ranges from Rs37,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
