Job Description
Damco Freight Forwarding is actively seeking a North Cluster Manager for our Contract Logistics (MCL) division. This pivotal role entails overseeing operations across various warehouse and cold storage facilities in Northern Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of warehousing operations, achieving high service levels, driving cost efficiencies, and maintaining customer satisfaction in alignment with Maersk’s global standards.
Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering innovation in warehousing practices. Additionally, the North Cluster Manager will oversee financial planning and facilitate the onboarding of new customers.
