Job Description

3A Group is looking for a confident and dynamic female receptionist to act as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a warm and inviting personality, and exhibit proficiency in handling administrative tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
• Maintain visitor logs and manage correspondence.
• Provide essential administrative support to management.
• Ensure the reception area is well-kept and welcoming.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, fluency in English and Urdu, proficiency in MS Office, with 1-2 years of experience preferred (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply).
