Nova Care Pvt. Ltd is actively searching for a meticulous and proactive Compliance Executive with a strong background in the retail pharmacy sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory adherence and maintaining high ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance with DRAP regulations and drug laws.
- Conduct internal audits and implement corrective action plans.
- Provide training to staff on compliance policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy regulations.
