Job Description
Imam Clinic is seeking a committed Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospital/Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with 1–3 years of relevant experience in hospital front desk operations, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
This role involves ensuring efficient patient registration, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies while supervising Front Desk Officers (FDOs).
