Job Description

Prime BPO is on the lookout for a skilled and committed Senior Closer to enhance our Med Alert campaign. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in closing deals while delivering outstanding client service.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in deal closing and client relations.
• Punctual, diligent, and self-motivated individual.
• Adept at managing Sales and Escalation calls.
• Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
• Goal-oriented with effective rebuttal techniques.
• Experience in customer management.
• A minimum age of 22 and a completed bachelor’s degree.
