Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. This full-time position requires working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle client inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls, follow up with leads to foster client relationships, collaborate with team members to resolve queries, and maintain records using our CRM system.
The successful candidate must be fluent in both Urdu and English, possess 1-2 years of experience in customer service, and have access to a laptop or PC with stable internet connectivity. Compensation ranges from PKR 10,00 to 30,00, with additional incentives available.
