Job Description
IJ Technologies is seeking dynamic and motivated Female Call Center Sales Executives for the night shift (7 PM to 4 AM). If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. Transportation will be provided by the company within the Jhelum area to ensure safe travel for female employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls.
- Engage with customers to promote company services and close sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales experience in a call center environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively during 7 PM to 4 AM night shifts.
- Female candidates only (due to transport facility provided).
- Candidates residing in or near Jhelum.
