Job Description
AlgoRepublic Private Limited is actively seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, ideally within the packaging or plastic industries, and demonstrate a strong aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
- Conduct client visits (motorbike required) to strengthen existing relationships.
- Effectively present and sell company products to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
