The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, maintain comprehensive employee records, manage payroll processes, support performance management initiatives, and organize employee engagement activities.
Requirements include 1-3 years of HR experience, a solid understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR software.
Compensation starts at Rs40,00.00 per month.
