Job Description
NKU Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated Virtual Assistant Projects Lead to manage bidding and client acquisition on Upwork. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and confident when engaging with clients, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The primary responsibilities of this role include crafting compelling proposals, conducting client calls, managing various tasks such as research and scheduling, mentoring team members, and ensuring professional communication with clients.
Requirements for this position include 2-3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, exceptional communication abilities, and experience in administrative roles. Leadership experience with a small team is preferred.
