Job Description
Shark Technologies is currently seeking a skilled Dialer Administrator for our call center based in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our automated dialing systems. Key responsibilities include configuring call campaigns, monitoring system performance, and ensuring adherence to telemarketing regulations.
Applicants should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as the role involves troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing call data to improve agent productivity, and generating reports on essential key performance indicators (KPIs). Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience in a US-based call center environment.
