Job Description

Canon Home Appliances is looking for a dedicated and approachable Front Desk Officer to enhance our customer service team. In this role, you will greet and assist walk-in customers, accurately document their inquiries and complaints, and provide vital information about our offerings. You will also maintain an organized reception area while ensuring seamless communication between customers and our technical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional customer service
• Accurately record customer complaints
• Respond to inquiries promptly
• Keep an updated list of complaints

Qualifications:

• Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
