Job Description
3 & Four Technologies is actively seeking a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to support our daily HR operations. In this pivotal role, you will assist with various HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and ensuring the efficiency of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings, interview scheduling, and communications with candidates.
- Coordinate new-hire orientation and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and payroll inputs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR coordination experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
