Job Description
We are on the lookout for a skilled HR Generalist specializing in BPO recruitment to become a vital part of our dynamic team in Islamabad. In this role, you will oversee the complete hiring process for call center and BPO positions, in addition to supporting critical HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for BPO and call center roles.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate potential candidates.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and assist with payroll processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience in a BPO or call center setting.
- Exceptional communication skills.
