Job Description
Gorzilla Tech is on the lookout for a meticulous and customer-oriented Inbound Telecom Agent to join our Spectrum/Energy billing campaign. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in billing and telecom services.
Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance to customers with billing inquiries, communicate effectively, uphold confidentiality, and offer education on our services.
Location: RJ Mall, Near Millennium Mall
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 07:00 PM – 03:00 AM
Compensation: $45K fixed salary plus uncapped commission potential.
