Job Description
Sensible BPO is excited to announce an opening for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our vibrant HR team. This internship provides an exceptional opportunity to acquire practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within a fast-paced BPO environment.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR professionals in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing records. Key responsibilities include assisting in the hiring process, supporting onboarding efforts, and actively participating in employee engagement initiatives.
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office. While prior internship experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
