Job Description
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives / Telesales Officers to join our UK-based Food Group. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in spoken English
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Understanding of basic sales tactics
- Background in churn management and debt collection
- Proficient in Office 365
Salary: PKR 55,00 – 60,00 per month
Office Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Summer), 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Winter)
