Job Description
Resource Service Group (RSG) is seeking motivated individuals for our inbound customer service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls with basic to strong contact handling skills.
- Be familiar with CRM systems and practices.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, Live Chat, or social media.
- Assist with order placements, refunds, and exchanges.
- Work night shifts and overtime when required.
