Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including conducting interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures and address employee inquiries.
- Ensure HR practices adhere to legal requirements.
- Coordinate and manage performance reviews.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 2-3 years of HR experience, and excellent communication skills.
