Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputable telecom company based in Karachi, is looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Representative (Premium) to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support for various telecom services.
- Coordinate with the operations team to address faults exceeding 48 hours.
- Generate and resolve Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain accurate records of faults for designated regions.
- Complete assigned special tasks during shifts.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess an Inter/Bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience are preferred.
Salary: Rs. 37,00.00 – Rs. 45,00.00 per month, based on interview performance.
Shifts: Monthly rotational shifts (morning, evening, night for males; morning only for females).
