Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is seeking experienced Call Center Agents to provide healthcare-related customer service support for Apna Clinic. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in pharmacy, clinic, or hospital environments, and a foundational knowledge of medical terminology.
Key responsibilities include responding to patient queries via telephone, scheduling appointments, maintaining precise records, and upholding patient confidentiality. Proficiency in English and Urdu, strong communication skills, competency in MS Office, and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential for this role.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of up to Rs45,00.00 and requires in-person attendance.
