Job Description

Lunar Office Furniture, a division of Mahenti Industries, is looking for a Creative Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This pivotal role is focused on ensuring that our products are manufactured efficiently, on schedule, and within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive production plans based on demand forecasts and customer orders.
• Oversee the management of resources, including personnel and materials.
• Uphold product quality standards through robust quality assurance measures.
• Inspire and guide production teams towards achieving targets.
• Control production expenses and drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with procurement, maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance teams.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
