Job Description
Noah Tech is seeking a qualified individual with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA-based project. Candidates must have experience in the packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Generate sales inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Assess customer needs and coordinate with the estimation team.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Keep records of customer interactions and requests.
Job Details: Full-time, 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off. Salary ranges from $60,00 to $80,00 plus attractive commissions.
