Job Description
Superior Tech Solutions is seeking experienced call center agents with exceptional communication skills for a full-time night shift position from 6 PM to 3 AM, including a one-hour break.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries while following company policies.
- Document calls and customer information in our database.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate revenue for the company.
Requirements: Fluent in English, phone etiquette, ability to work night shifts. Call center experience preferred.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month with uncapped commissions.
