Job Description
Premio Travel and Tours is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to join our team. In this role, you will greet and assist visitors warmly, manage phone calls, and take messages. You’ll handle appointment scheduling, manage mail and deliveries, and perform general administrative duties. A professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential as you will address customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to multitask and maintain an organized front desk area is crucial.
