Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Female Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring maximum office workflow efficiency. Key responsibilities include maintaining files, supporting administrative tasks, greeting visitors, managing basic bookkeeping, resolving customer complaints, and monitoring office supplies.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by strong HR knowledge, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
