Job Description
Auhda Consulting, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Lahore, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to bank queries promptly.
- Coordinate with line manager & sales lead on concerns.
- Prepare daily order forms & invoices.
- Record and reconcile orders monthly.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Send usage summaries to clients.
- Occasionally visit clients for document collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams on projects.
- Prepare research reports as needed.
Required Skills: Presentable, team player, adaptable, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Education: Minimum bachelor’s in business administration.
