Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound calls related to the Medicare campaign.
- Verify customer information and provide accurate solutions.
- Meet daily targets for customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
