Job Description
Job Description:
- Formulate and review specifications for raw materials, in-process, finished products, and packing materials.
- Update product specifications and improve processes.
- Conduct research and development for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with various teams including Quality, Production, and Marketing.
- Evaluate shelf-life studies and perform nutritional testing for compliance.
- Monitor recipes and control costing of raw materials.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Food Technology.
- 4-5 years of experience in an FMCG environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
