Job Description:
- Ensure quality assurance and control processes meet standards.
- Lead QA/QC team and oversee inspection processes.
- Assist in developing the quality management system.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and non-conformance reports.
- Train QA/QC staff on procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: M.Sc. in Food Technology
- Experience: 4-5 years in an FMCG role.
Immediate joiners preferred.
