Job Description
ProtoCall Outsource is a leading inbound contact center working with taxi companies across the UK. We are seeking motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from taxi customers and drivers.
- Assist with booking and dispatching taxi services.
- Resolve customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Office-based position; remote work is not an option.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month.
