Job Description

Location: Cross Notch BPO, 4th Floor, Rania Mall, Bank Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi

Salary: 30,00 – 120,00 PKR/month

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Cross Notch BPO is looking for enthusiastic CSR Verifiers and Closers to enhance our team. We encourage fresh and experienced candidates, especially those with call center backgrounds, particularly in Medicare and ACA campaigns. Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to verify client information, following up with leads, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; strong communication skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
