Job Description
At Milele, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Logistics Executive with at least 1 year of experience. If you are passionate about logistics and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate document transfers and customs clearance.
- Ensure timely deliveries by working with transporters and drivers.
- Manage end-to-end logistics processes with cross-functional teams.
- Raise purchase orders and handle client/vendor invoicing.
- Oversee inbound logistics and maintain reports.
- Manage shipping documentation and customs processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 year of logistics experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong English language skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
