Job Description
Join Capitalwide Services Ltd as a Customer Support Executive CSR! We’re looking for a dedicated individual to manage our UK operations from our control room in Gulberg II, Lahore. This full-time role involves 54 working hours weekly with rotational shifts.
Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries and scheduling staff shifts. A minimum of A-level or graduation and at least one year of experience in an international call center (preferably UK) is required. Strong English communication skills are essential, rated at least 7 out of 10. Candidates must be comfortable with day and night shifts.
Pay: Rs70,00.00 per month.
