Job Description
Alkaif Pizza & Burger is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delegating tasks to restaurant staff while supervising their performance, maintaining inventory, and managing dining reservations.
Key responsibilities include arranging shift coverage, addressing staff challenges, tracking costs and revenues, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant and reporting pending tasks to the next shift manager. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
