Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Prima Systems as a Patient Support Specialist. You will assist patients via phone, email, and chat for appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain patient records in EMR/EHR.
- Verify patient insurance information.
- Educate patients on appointment procedures.
Requirements: Customer support experience, EMR/EHR proficiency, strong English skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,00.00 – $130,00.00 per month
