Job Description

We’re hiring! Join our dynamic team as an HR Manager for our thriving Call Center business. This role also includes an added bonus of basic-level Digital Marketing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and assist in employee development.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing on digital initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in HR roles, preferably in a call center.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00 per month
